How much does it cost to send a greeting card?

$2.49 + postage. If you sign up for a free account and checkout using QuikPay, cards are only $1.99 + postage.

How long will it take for my recipient to receive their card?

It usually takes about a week from when you order your card for the receipient to receive it in the mail. When you place an order for a card you can choose a date you want your card to be put in the mail. You have to choose a date at least 3 business days in the future since it takes a few days to process your order and print your card.

Your card is mailed first class via USPS from Atlanta, GA and will take approx. 2-5 business days depending on where the card is being shipped to.

What is QuikPay?

QuikPay is our easy, one-click checkout. To use QuikPay, create a free account, and load money onto your account. You load money onto your account by clicking on 'QuikPay' under your "Account Links" at the top of your screen. From there you enter an amount you want to load, your credit card information and click 'Load QuikPay'. Then, when you checkout at NotesByMail, you can choose "Pay with NotesByMail QuikPay" and the total of your order will be deducted from your QuikPay balance.

How can I put a photo from my computer on my greeting card?

To use a photo from your computer for the front of your greeting card, simply go to the upload a photo page, and click 'Browse' (or 'Choose file' if you're using a mac).

Once you select an image from your computer, click 'Upload' and you will be taken to a page where you can crop your photo. Once you crop your photo, that's it! Your photo will be put on the front of your greeting card.

How do I load my address book (Outlook/Outlook Express/Apple Mail)?

If you haven't already, create a free account and log in. Then, under your "Account Links" at the top of your screen, click 'Import' under the Address book.

There you will find instructions for how to upload your address book into NotesByMail for Outlook, Outlook Express, Apple Mail/Address Book, or even a custom import.
