January 11, 2013 - We are no longer able to continue the NotesByMail website and custom greeting card services.

We appreciate your business, and thank you for your understanding.

If you have an outstanding QuikPay balance with NotesByMail, we are happy to refund your money.

To receive a refund, please send an email to support@icnventures.com with the following information:

1. Your name.
2. Your mailing address.
3. Your email address.
4. The last 4 digits of the credit card you used to charge your QuikPay balance.
5. Any specific questions you may have.

Upon receipt of your email and verification of your information, ICN Ventures, the parent company of NotesByMail, will mail a check payable to the name you provided to the mailing address you provided within 30 days of receipt of your email.

The NotesbyMail Gift Card sites are still operational. If you need assistance with a NotesByMail gift card that you ordered from a gifts.notesbymail.com merchant, please send an email to... support@notesbymail.com.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you credit my balance back onto my credit card?
Unfortunately, no. We are only able to provide a check for the refund amount. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

What if I don't have the last 4 digits of the credit card used to charge the QuikPay balance?
Please send us as much identifying information about yourself as possible. You can include your mailing address, billing address, or the name and address of someone you sent a card to. As soon as we are sure we know it is you, we can issue the refund.

I have my address book in NotesByMail. Can I get it?
Please let us know that in your email to us, and we will export your address book to an Excel spreadsheet and email it to you.

Can I get copies of the cards I have saved or sent?
Unfortunately, no. We are not able to provide that to you.

What if I just recently placed an order?
Any orders submitted on or before January 10, 2013, will be processed and delivered as scheduled.

What if I have a problem with a card I recently sent?
Please email us at the address provided above with a description of your problem, and someone will follow up with you.
