Content and Use
NotesByMail.com is not responsible for the specific content or images that are included in cards
designed by contributing photographers and artists and customized by NotesByMail.com members
and users.
As a user of NotesByMail.com, you agree that you will not include content or images which
are in violation of Federal Postal Regulations or any Federal, State or Local laws of the
United States of America.
NotesByMail.com may, at its sole discretion, alter card content, cancel a card order or
terminate a member’s membership for violation of these Terms and Conditions. If NotesByMail.com
terminates your membership, NotesByMail.com will have no further obligation to you, including
providing a refund of QuikPay balances.
Delivery
Orders placed on NotesbyMail.com are submitted for printing and mailing
immediately after they are submitted. All orders are printed, addressed, stamped and
delivered to one or more designated official Unites States Postal Service (USPS) facilities
in such a way as to meet or exceed all USPS requirements. As a member or user of NotesbyMail.com,
you agree that neither NotesbyMail.com nor the USPS are responsible for lost, undelivered
or misdirected mail ordered from this website, and that NotesbyMail.com does not accept
requests for order cancellations or changes once orders have been submitted.
As a member or user of NotesbyMail.com, you understand that any delivery dates or times listed
on the NotesByMail.com website are provided as estimates only, and actual delivery dates
and times will vary depending on any number of factors, including but not limited to
delivery location, day of week and proximity to holidays.
Refunds
QuikPay Balance – NotesbyMail.com members who have taken advantage of using
QuikPay to speed up their checkout process may request in writing a refund of any
outstanding QuikPay balance exceeding $5.00. Members must request this refund
to the NotesByMail.com processing headquarters at ICN Ventures, Inc., 6175 Hickory Flat Hwy Ste 110-144,
Canton, GA 30115, by phone at (678) 624-9657, or via email to
refunds@notesbymail.com. The
refund amount will be determined by first deducting any "free" or "promotional" amounts
from the total outstanding balance. The refund will be applied to the credit card upon
which the last QuikPay load or reload was charged within 60 days of the request for refund.
If the refund cannot be applied to said credit card, NotesByMail.com will issue a check for the
refund amount, less a $25 check writing and processing fee, within 60 days of the request
for refund.
Privacy
As a member or user of NotesbyMail.com, you understand that NoteByMail is committed to the
safeguarding and protection of your personal and credit card information, and that this
information will not be used or sold in any way other than for processing NotesByMail.com
orders and QuikPay loads and re-loads. NotesByMail’s official
privacy policy can be
